Cultsport is hiring a backend engineer in Bengaluru to build and maintain scalable backend systems powering our platform. You will design and implement microservices, work with REST APIs for robust integrations, and optimize databases for large-scale performance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with frontend and product teams to deliver features end-to-end, leveraging Python and modern backend frameworks in a fast-moving ecommerce environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years of hands‑on backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and backend frameworks.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object‑oriented programming.
• Demonstrated understanding of system design principles and microservices patterns.
• Experience designing and working with REST APIs.
• Solid knowledge of database design and optimization.
