As a Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing the ideal backend system architecture, addressing customer pain points, and contributing to the overall success of our platform.

Responsibilities:

• System Architecture: Develop an ideal backend system architecture to solve problems efficiently.
• Create strategic plans to achieve the long-term vision while delivering shorter-term solutions that provide immediate value to our customers.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their pain points.
• Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to devise innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience.
• Critical Thinking: Apply critical thinking to problem-solving, starting from the ground up.
• Challenge existing solutions and propose novel approaches free from bias.

• Write clean and maintainable code using Python, Django, PostgreSQL / any relevant backend stack.
