Job summary

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of Agile metrics, sprint planning, and backlog management.

Certifications:

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Scrum certification.

Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile project environments preferred.
