Job summary

Diksha Technologies Limited is looking for a skilled Scrum Master or Agile Coach with 3–5 years of experience to lead Agile practices and support product owners in Pune, India. Candidates must hold a recognized Scrum certification (CSM or PSM) and demonstrate proficiency in enterprise-scale Agile delivery.

In this role, you will drive Agile adoption, support backlog grooming, and monitor Agile metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software or enterprise-scale environments.
• Scrum certification mandated from recognized bodies.
• Proven proficiency in enterprise-scale Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Owners with backlog grooming and ensure story readiness for sprints.
• Remove impediments and monitor Agile metrics.
• Drive Agile adoption and promote transparency and improvement.
