About the role

Facilitate Agile delivery for industrial digitalization programs, bridging the world of OT engineering cycles and modern software delivery practices in a complex multi-stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, PI planning, and SAFe Agile Release Train events
• Manage cross-functional team coordination between OT engineers, software developers, and data analysts
• Maintain velocity metrics, impediment logs, and program increment tracking
• Work with Engineering Manager to report program health and risks to senior stakeholders
• Drive adoption of Agile best practices in a hybrid OT/IT delivery environment

Must-Have Profile

• 6-10 years; CSM / SAFe Scrum Master certification mandatory
• Exposure to industrial, energy, or manufacturing sector programs
• Comfortable with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools; ability to work with non-software OT engineers
• Strong educational background – >75% throughout academics
