The Standard India is seeking a Scrum Master III who will act as a servant leader, delivery champion, and catalyst for continuous improvement for our Data & AI Platform engineering team. The team builds the enterprise's shared data and AI foundation — on Azure Databricks, Neo4j, Confluent Kafka, and Anthropic and OpenAI models — and delivers through three sequential task forces: AI / API / MCP Gateway, Agent Environment, Agent Harness and Enterprise Memory. In this role, you will enable delivery excellence by facilitating Agile practices, tracking team capacity, velocity, and flow metrics, and helping the team improve predictability and delivery outcomes across each task-force phase.
You will own the team's operating rhythm across US and SGS India: facilitating ceremonies within the fixed time-zone overlap window, maintaining daily written handoff notes, and keeping architecture and decision logs current so work moves cleanly between regions. You will proactively identify and remove impediments, coordinate dependencies across task forces and with enterprise teams, track delivery against quarterly PI Planning commitments and the weekly Kanban for in-flight platform work, and support backlog readiness, prioritization, and risk management in JIRA while promoting transparency and accountability. You will also support phase closeout and decision follow-through as the team rotates from one task force to the next.
The successful candidate will foster a culture of trust, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus. This role requires strong facilitation skills, proactive problem-solving, and a passion for helping Agile teams achieve high performance. Depending on capacity needs, this assignment may be combined with facilitation of one additional Agile team.
This role follows a hybrid work model, with a primary base in Bengaluru. While on-site presence is essential for key engagements, flexibility is offered for remote work based on business needs and team alignment.
B.Tech / B.E. is required. Preferred Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent.
In addition to a competitive salary, our employee-focused benefits are designed to support work-life balance, personal growth, and long-term impact.
