Job summary
Elevance Health, through Carelon Global Solutions, is hiring a Scrum Master I in India to drive Agile delivery across multiple product teams in Gurugram, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams in SAFe/Agile practices to deliver value with quality and speed.

- Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking aScrum Master I who is accountable for enhancing, supporting, and managing the in-house and stakeholder holders.
- Good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Agile Framework. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. Having Commercialization implementation experience.
- Managing JIRA – Jira Query Language, Stakeholder management with good team management skills.
- Should have worked on Scaled Agile framework. Able to start agile teams and capable of managing multiple teams simultaneously.
- Works with Product Owner to ensure proper balance between features and high-quality productivity. Provides overall guidance for team to adhere to Agile principles and practices.
- Arranges, facilitates, and schedules meetings, demos, and decision-making processes to ensure that the proper collaborative process is in use.
- Good to have experience in Program integrity and commercialization areas.
- Flexible to work in shifts and take up business calls. Suggest and organize team building activities and Increasing the Team Productivity
- Facilitates cross-functional interactions between their project teams (i.e. Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall) ensuring that cross-team dependencies are managed appropriately.
- Works with Product Owners to help them maintain a quality product backlog, ensuring the team always has well-defined backlog items ready to work on.
- Works to increase team efficiency by encouraging out-of-the-box thinking and consistent improvement while staying focused on quality and timeliness.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Overall experience around 8-11 yrs. with experience.
- Experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
- First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe 5.0)
- Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience and knowledge to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and internal and/or external customers.
- Good in People management and Delivery management
- Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience in medium to large scale enterprise applications

- Experience in Agile methodologies (Safe, Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in tools like JIRA, Service Now, Confluence is an asset.
