Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions India is hiring a Software Engineer II to develop, support, and manage our ServiceNow-based platforms. You will work across the application lifecycle, coding, debugging, and collaborating with business teams to deliver robust ITSM-enabled solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of ServiceNow development experience, strong scripting, workflows, and integrations, and familiarity with ITSM/ITOM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary.
• 3–5 years of ServiceNow development experience with scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Familiarity with ITSM and ITOM processes and agile or waterfall methodologies.

JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a Software Engineer II who is accountable for developing, supporting and managing the system.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle
• Focus on coding and debugging
• Collaborate with development and Business teams
• Build high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future
• Develop functional and sustainable web applications with clean codes
• Troubleshoot and debug applications

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary

EXPERIENCE

• With 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, I am seeking an experienced individual.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
• Gain familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Required Knowledge of UI –html, CSS, Java Script, ServiceNow Admin and ServiceNow development, Implementation specialist
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
