Job summary

Tryzens Limited is a fast-growing IT solutions consultancy with a global footprint. We seek an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our team on a 6-month contract basis, to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams in Agile practices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, track KPIs, and help prioritize backlogs while driving continuous improvement and timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Strong communication and Jira/Trello experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience coaching teams in Agile adoption.
• Understanding SDLC and its relation to Agile.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
• Work with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering the team’s progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.

• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and how it relates to Agile methodologies.
• Should be available to start by 14th Sep 2026

Preferences will be given to candidates with:

• General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.
• Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
