• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor the team on Agile principles, practices, and Scrum framework.
• Remove impediments or blockers to the team's progress to ensure smooth and continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Monitor team performance metrics and facilitate discussions to drive improvements.
• Shield the team from external distractions and influences to maintain focus on sprint goals.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile teams to resolve dependencies and promote cross-team collaboration.
• Ensure that the team follows Agile best practices and guidelines.
• Serve as a servant leader, supporting the team in achieving their goals while promoting self-organization and empowerment.
