Job summary

Logile, Inc. is seeking an Agile Coach to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile values, and collaborate with Product Owners to keep the backlog well-defined and ready for sprints.

You will track sprint progress, improve delivery predictability, coordinate across Development, QA, DevOps, and UX, and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and transparent reporting. This role emphasizes ownership and ongoing learning to raise Agile maturity across teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile values, Scrum principles, and best practices.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints.
• Track sprint progress and ensure commitments are delivered on time and with quality.
• Foster collaboration among Development, QA, Product Management, DevOps, UX, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve Agile metrics such as Sprint Velocity, Burndown, Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Team Capacity.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolution.
• Support release planning and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
• Promote continuous improvement through effective retrospectives and actionable follow-ups.
• Ensure transparency by maintaining Agile dashboards, reports, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to improve delivery predictability and execution.
• Drive Agile maturity across teams and encourage a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
