Qualifications

• CSM/PSM or equivalent certification preferred.

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Remove delivery impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate with business, technology, QA, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Track sprint progress, delivery metrics, and provide executive status reporting.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams while maintaining delivery focus.
• Constructively challenge teams and vendors to improve execution and delivery outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across the team.

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery for digital and technology initiatives in a fast-paced airline environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong execution mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven success working with cross-functional product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience working with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Preferred: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
