Job summary

Tap Growth ai in India is seeking a proactive Scrum Master to guide Agile teams in delivering high-quality products. This role emphasizes facilitation, transparency, and continuous improvement, with work from anywhere in India.

You will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, remove impediments, and coach teams on Agile principles. The ideal candidate has at least two years of Scrum Master experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
