Job summary

UST in Bengaluru (Bangalore, KA) is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead multiple small development teams, coordinate with the Product Owner for release planning and maintain a healthy backlog. The role requires strong Agile coaching, excellent communication and a track record of delivering projects in the healthcare domain.

We value candidates who can drive Scrum/Lean practices, manage metrics, and align with supporting teams across time zones (EST overlap).

Qualifications

• At least 1 successfully delivered project using Scrum in a healthcare domain.
• Able to coach a team and stakeholders on Agile practices and ensure adherence to Agile methodology.
• Motivated and driven; can influence and drive teams to success using Agile/Scrum/Lean practices.
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile (SAFe) is a plus.
• Familiarity with information security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001) and IT QMS (ISO 13485 and ISO 9001) is advantageous.
• Have good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem-solving abilities and learning attitude.
• 6-9 years of experience.
