Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in content writing or scriptwriting, a solid grasp of investing, insurance, and personal finance, and a fluency in conversational English suitable for social media formats.

• Understanding of personal finance concepts.
• Ability to simplify jargon into everyday language without losing accuracy.
• Excellent written English with a conversational, platform-native tone.
• Comfortable revising quickly under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write scripts for finance-focused branded content (Reels, YouTube integrations, podcasts) across our creator roster.
• Simplify complex financial concepts (investing, credit cards, insurance, mutual funds, tax) into clear, relatable, platform-native scripts.
• Translate brand briefs into narratives that hit compliance/messaging requirements while staying engaging and non-preachy.
• Adapt tone and complexity per creator — from Sharan-style breakdowns to lighter, meme-driven finance content.
• Ensure factual accuracy of all financial claims, numbers, and terminology used in scripts.
• Apply brand feedback consistently across multi-creator script batches for campaigns (e.g., Dhan, HSBC, Vested-style briefs).
• Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulatory considerations relevant to content (e.g., SEBI guidelines on financial influencers).
• Collaborate with Account/Talent Managers to align scripts with brand objectives and creator strengths.
• Turn around scripts within tight campaign timelines across multiple creators/brands.

We're looking for a Scriptwriter who can simplify complex financial concepts — investing, insurance, credit, personal finance — into sharp, engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and podcast formats, without losing accuracy or creator authenticity.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, scriptwriting, or financial journalism (influencer/social media background preferred)
• Understanding of personal finance concepts — investing, credit, insurance, banking products is a plus
• Ability to simplify jargon into everyday language without losing accuracy
• Excellent written English with a conversational, platform-native tone
• Comfortable taking structured feedback and revising quickly under deadlines
• Bonus: background in finance/commerce (B.Com, CFA pursuing, etc.) or prior fintech content experience
