Job summary

Primetrace Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a performance marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta and YouTube Ads. The role focuses on driving CPI, CPP, retention, and ROAS, with hands-on A/B testing and data-driven optimization.

You will also lead Creative Strategy Hindi Content (80%), writing high-converting scripts for YouTube and Instagram, crafting hooks and concepts, and collaborating on Reels and video ads to scale winning creatives.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in performance marketing or growth.

• Create multiple hooks, angles, and concepts for testing
• Collaborate on Reels, Shorts, and video ads
• Use data to iterate creatives quickly
• Leverage regional trends and audience behavior
• Scale winning creatives through variations

What We re Looking For

• Experience with Meta Ads and/or YouTube Ads
