Primetrace Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bangalore is seeking a performance marketing specialist to own and optimize campaigns across Meta and YouTube platforms. You will craft high-converting Hindi scripts for video ads and collaborate on Reels, Shorts, and UGC campaigns to drive growth.

The role requires hands-on experience with ad testing, data analysis, and fast decision-making to scale winning creatives while staying ahead of platform trends.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in performance marketing / growth.
• Experience with Meta Ads and/or YouTube Ads.
• Strong analytical thinking + decision-making.
• Excellent Hindi writing and storytelling.
• Clear understanding of what makes ads convert.
• Experience with A/B testing and iteration.
• Ownership and ability to move fast.

What You'll Do

Campaign Ownership & Performance (20%)

1. 1. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube Ads
2. 2. Optimize for CPI, CPP, retention, and ROAS
3. 3. Run A/B tests across creatives, targeting, and messaging
4. 4. Turn data into insights and scale winning campaigns
5. 5. Stay updated with platform trends and ad formats

1. 1. Write high-converting Hindi scripts for YouTube and Instagram Ads
2. 2. Create multiple hooks, angles, and concepts for testing
3. 3. Collaborate on Reels, Shorts, and video ads
4. 5. Leverage regional trends and audience behavior
5. 6. Scale winning creatives through variations

• Experience with Meta Ads and/or YouTube Ads
