Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or sales operations in heavy equipment or project engineering environments.
• BE/BTech in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project execution by tracking progress, inspections, and liaising with customers, vendors, engineering teams, and third-party agencies.
• Manage inventory of PLC hardware, electro‑mechanical components, and spare parts, ensuring accurate stock control and ERP transactions.
• Handle domestic logistics, import documentation, customs coordination, freight movement, and timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Support customer requirements by preparing quotations for spares/modifications and managing the complete order‑to‑cash process.
• Maintain project, inventory, logistics, and customer support records with effective cross‑stakeholder coordination.

Role Definition

The SCM Executive will coordinate project deliverables end to end, manage localized inventory for PLC hardware and electro‑mechanical spares, and drive seamless domestic and import logistics. The role serves as a vital link between project teams, customer support, vendors, and supply chain to ensure equipment, PLC hardware, and spare parts are delivered accurately and on time. Responsibilities include inspection scheduling, ERP-based inventory control, import documentation, quotation preparation, and complete order‑to‑cash execution for spares.

Experience

2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or sales operations within heavy equipment or project engineering environments (Water/Wastewater, Process, Power, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure preferred).

Minimum Qualifications

B.E / B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation

• Maintain project, inventory, logistics, and customer support records while ensuring effective communication and coordination across all stakeholders.
