Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering or a related scientific field.
• 2+ years of experience in scientific production, biologics manufacturing, laboratory operations or a related regulated environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute scientific production processes by performing assigned production activities within defined work packages, process parameters and production priorities to fulfil committed production schedules.
• Evaluate process observations, production data and quality results by applying technical judgment within established procedures to protect product quality before release.
• Maintain GMP documentation and batch records by completing, reviewing and preserving required production records in accordance with quality requirements.
• Coordinate deviation, change and corrective action activities by supporting investigations, documenting findings and implementing approved actions.
• Support production readiness by coordinating materials, equipment and operational requirements within the production area.
• Identify and implement routine process improvements by converting recurring execution issues into approved improvement actions.

Your Responsibilities

• Execute scientific production processes by performing assigned production activities within defined work packages, process parameters and production priorities to fulfil committed production schedules
• Evaluate process observations, production data and quality results by applying technical judgment within established procedures to protect product quality before release
• Maintain GMP documentation and batch records by completing, reviewing and preserving required production records in accordance with quality requirements to avoid compliance-related production disruptions
• Coordinate deviation, change and corrective action activities by supporting investigations, documenting findings and implementing approved actions to avoid extended quality holds
• Support production readiness by coordinating materials, equipment and operational requirements within the production area to avoid idle scientific production capacity
• Identify and implement routine process improvements by converting recurring execution issues into approved improvement actions to reduce process variability

What will convince us
