Job summary

Sartorius in Bangalore, India, seeks a Business Process Expert to lead Production Planning and Materials Management transformation. You will harmonize processes and data management, drive digital solutions, and create scalable, efficient business processes that support better health outcomes worldwide.

Collaborating with global stakeholders, you will mentor projects, document requirements, and ensure solutions meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, business administration, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of large-scale digital project experience.
• Knowledge of software development processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Data and Process Management programs and initiatives for Production Planning and Materials Management from concept through implementation
• Document inputs and prepare process requirements for internal Data and Process Management Centers of Excellence and Competency Centers
• Support process management activities throughout the development lifecycle and ensure delivered solutions meet defined standards and KPIs
• Conduct assessments to identify and evaluate internal digital assets, capabilities, and organizational strengths
• Explore emerging digital technologies and support the digital future of Sartorius with a strong focus on customer needs
• Support configuration requirements, integration decisions, and technology-driven process improvements within Production Planning and Materials Management

Your Responsibilities
