Job summary

Akshara International School Pune is seeking a compassionate School Nurse to provide first aid, basic healthcare, health monitoring, and medical support to students and staff.

The ideal candidate will hold ANM/GNM with State Nursing Council registration, have First Aid/CPR certification, and at least 2–3 years in healthcare settings, preferably in schools, clinics, or hospitals.

You will help maintain student health records and ensure a safe, nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• ANM/GNM degree with state registration is mandatory.

• Experience in school health or pediatric care is advantageous.

Job description

Education/Qualifications

• ANM/ GNM from a recognised institution.
• Valid registration with the State Nursing Council is mandatory.
• Certification in First Aid/CPR will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience in a school, hospital, clinic, or similar healthcare setting.
• Previous experience as a School Nurse will be preferred.

• Good understanding of child and adolescent health and wellbeing.
