We are looking for a results-driven School Marketing Manager for a CBSE School to lead marketing activities, drive admission sales and achieve student enrolment targets. The role requires active fieldwork, parent engagement and strong local networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the admissions pipeline—from lead generation and parent counselling to follow-ups and confirmed enrolments.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
• Visit preschools, primary schools and feeder schools to build relationships, organise outreach activities and generate admission enquiries.
• Develop referral networks with parents, local communities and educational institutions.
• Organise school tours, open houses, admission events and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate social media promotions, digital campaigns and marketing materials.
• Guide admissions and outreach staff, maintain enquiry records and track lead conversions.
• Monitor campaign budgets and submit regular reports on enquiries, admissions and marketing performance.

Requirements

• Graduate; a qualification in Marketing or Business Administration is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in school marketing, education sales or admissions.
• Strong communication, parent counselling, negotiation and team coordination skills.
• Comfortable with regular field visits and accountable for admission targets.
• Knowledge of Bengaluru’s local market and Kannada communication skills preferred.
