  • Ensure high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness
  • Design weekly/monthly menus aligned with nutrition guidelines
  • Manage kitchen inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain proper storage and handling of food supplies
  • Supervise kitchen assistants and ensure efficient workflow
  • Follow food safety regulations and school health policies
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef/Cook in schools, cafeterias, or large kitchens
