SA Technologies is seeking a seasoned SCCM Administrator to join our IT operations in Mumbai/Remote. The role focuses on SCCM CB operations, infrastructure health checks, and troubleshooting across site components, with exposure to IIS, WMI, and scripting to automate tasks.

The candidate should have a Diploma/Degree and 4-7 years of relevant SCCM experience. The position offers a dynamic work environment within a globally respected IT services company.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in SCCM-based configuration and release management.
• Diploma or Degree (mandatory).
• SCCM certification (optional if strong knowledge).

Responsabilités

• SCCM CB operations and infrastructure management.
• Manage daily health checks on SCCM infra.
• Manage MP, DP and other SCCM components.
• Troubleshoot replication, site, and database replication issues.
• Knowledge of package/application distribution flow.
• Knowledge of IIS and troubleshooting IIS logs.
• Knowledge of WMI.
• Analyze server-side SCCM infra logs and metrics.
• Troubleshoot incidents and guide L1/L2 team members.
• Open tickets with Microsoft support and collaborate to resolve.
• Automate reporting and health checks with scripting tools (VBScript/PowerShell).
• Monitor SCCM with SCOM.

Job Description

4-7 years of relevant experiencein SCCM based configuration and release management.

• Diploma / Degree (mandatory)
• Certification on SCCM (Optional incase of Good knowledge)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• SCCM CB Operation’s andinfrastructure management:
• Manage daily health check on SCCMinfra.
• Managing MP, DP and other SCCMcomponents.
• Troubleshooting replicationissues, site replication issues, database replication issues, Packagedistribution issues.
• Good knowledge onpackage/Application distribution flow.
• Good knowledge IIS (internetinformation service), troubleshooting knowledge of IIS logs
• Goodknowledge on WMI
• Good knowledge on Server side SCCMinfra logs and ability to analyze it
• Troubleshoot incidents and provideguidance to L1, L2 team members
• Opening tickets with Microsoftsupport and working with them to resolve it
• Should be able to automate thereporting, health checks of the infrastructure and such other day to dayactivities his self-using scripting tools like VB Scripting / PowerShell
• Monitoring of SCCM with SCOM, In addition to the above,candidate must have experience in:

• Symantec AV administration/EDR (or any other AV tool)
• Ticketingtool and ITIL Framework
