Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SCCM/MECM Administrator with 6+ years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Operating System Deployment (OSD), Patch Management, Software Distribution, and Endpoint Administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, experience in Windows image management, and expertise in enterprise desktop deployment and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft SCCM/MECM infrastructure.
• Manage software deployment, application packaging, and patch management across enterprise environments.
• Design, configure, and deploy Operating System Deployment (OSD) task sequences.
• Build, capture, maintain, and deploy Windows 10/11 images.
• Configure and support PXE, WDS, MDT, and imaging solutions.
• Create and manage SCCM collections, applications, packages, deployments, and custom reports.
• Monitor SCCM client health and remediate client-related issues.
• Troubleshoot SCCM deployment failures, application installation issues, and infrastructure health problems.
• Perform SCCM upgrades, backup, recovery, and environment optimization activities.
• Automate administrative and operational tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Manage boundaries, boundary groups, distribution points, and content distribution.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for incident resolution and service improvements.
