Sbicap Securities in Hyderabad is seeking a Sales Support Executive for our retail sales channel. You will coordinate with regional sales teams and bank branches to ensure smooth acquisition activities.

You will prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, track branch-wise sales, and support campaigns. The role requires strong Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office skills, with attention to detail and effective stakeholder management.

Formación

• Proven ability to create and analyze MIS reports.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with Regional Sales Team and Bank Branches to ensure smooth execution of business acquisition activities.
• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, MIS, and sales dashboards.
• Track branch-wise sales performance and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Corporate and Operations teams for requirements and issue resolution.
• Maintain master database of mapped bank branches, employees, and channel partners.
• Monitor customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Support sales campaigns, contests, and initiatives by tracking participation and performance.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and admin data for Regional Sales Team.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of sales documentation and compliance records.
• Assist in organizing sales meetings, training, and review meetings with logistics and documentation.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business analysis for Regional and Zonal management.
• Act as single point of contact between Sales, HR, Operations, and Corporate teams for admin support.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, policies, and service-level timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

A. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas), PowerPoint, and MS Office. B. Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills. C. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. D. Good verbal and written communication skills. E. Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. F. Knowledge of MIS reporting and sales support processes is preferred.
