Job summary

Sbicap Securities invites applications for a Home Loan Sales role in Mumbai. The candidate will generate leads, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales activities to meet targets.

You will coordinate document verification and loan sanction/disbursement, delivering personalized service and leveraging an existing network for business growth. Ideal candidates have 0–5 years of loan sales experience (home loan preferred) and a strong understanding of housing finance products.

Role & responsibilities

• Generate Home Loan leads from open market and through different channels.
• Develop and maintain relationship with clients for repeat business and referral/s.
• Implement and develop sales activities to achieve target.
• Arrange loan events.
• Handle product queries and service issues.
• Meeting clients, verify documents, process file, co-ordinate for sanction / disbursement of loan, personalized service to clients.
• Ensure the target assigned targets are achieved.

What we are looking for
