Responsibilities

• Manage and process employee offboarding cases from resignation to Full and Final settlement.]
• Validate resignation and Last Working Date details in HRMS/offboarding system.
• Monitor approvals, FNF preparation, and closure activities with BU HR and payroll teams.
• Coordinate inputs with NDC, Payroll, IT, and AP teams to ensure timely completion.
• Perform case-level quality checks and data reconciliations to identify gaps.

To manage and support end-to-end employee offboarding operations by ensuring accurate and timely case processing, stakeholder coordination, SLA monitoring, reporting and compliance. The role primarily focuses on operational delivery and analytics, while also supporting process standardisation, automation, dashboards, controls and system improvements to enable a consistent, efficient and employee‑centric offboarding experience.

Job Description

To manage and support end-to-end employee offboarding operations by ensuring accurate and timely case processing, stakeholder coordination, SLA monitoring, reporting and compliance. The role primarily focuses on operational delivery and analytics, while also supporting process standardisation, automation, dashboards, controls and system improvements to enable a consistent, efficient and employee‑centric offboarding experience.

Responsibility

• Manage and process employee offboarding cases from the receipt of resignation information through to the Full and Final settlement ensuring payment confirmation and closure of applicable exit formalities


• Validate employee organization resignation and Last Working Date details ensuring cases are accurately created and updated in the designated tracker HRMS or offboarding system


• Monitor resignation approvals NDC launch and completion FNF preparation BU HR and employee confirmation booking payment service certificate and other applicable closure activities


• Coordinate with Business HR Perfect Pay employees NDC Clearing Team GL Team IT Team and AP Team for timely inputs clarifications and case closure


• Follow up on pending actions resolve operational queries and elevate risks or delays that may affect the defined offboarding and FNF timelines


• Ensure case records approvals supporting documents payment details and closure evidence are complete accurate and auditready


• Track open and closed cases aging pending stages SLA adherence exceptions and process deviations across businesses entities and locations


• Perform caselevel quality checks and data reconciliations to identify missing inputs incorrect dates duplicate records and workflow gaps


• Analyze bottlenecks and recurring delays across approvals NDC payroll preparation booking and payment stages highlighting root causes to the process owner


• Maintain operational controls exception logs and escalation mechanisms to support timely Full and Final settlement and compliant case closure


• Prepare and maintain accurate offboarding MIS operational dashboards management reports and status trackers


• Report stagewise pendency aging SLA performance business or entity comparison NDC component delays and monthonmonth trends


• Provide actionable insights to the Offboarding Team Lead and stakeholders supporting periodic governance reviews


• Maintain confidentiality and appropriate access controls while handling employee payroll recovery and paymentrelated information


• Document current and future processes business rules controls workflows SOPs and user requirements for offboarding improvements


• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort improve data quality and standardize execution across businesses


• Support automation dashboards and system enhancements by providing business requirements participating in testing validating outputs and supporting user adoption


• Assist with UAT defect tracking data validation process training and postimplementation support for approved enhancements
