Job summary

Satven in India is looking for a Crash Analyst to join our CAE team in Chennai/Hyderabad. You will perform LS-DYNA based simulations to evaluate vehicle crashworthiness, particularly side impact, and deliver high-quality outputs and presentations.

Ideal candidates have 4–10 years of experience in CAE, expertise in LS-DYNA, ANSA/HyperMesh, and familiarity with safety standards (FMVSS/NCAP). Join us to translate simulation insights into feasible design improvements.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/ME/M.Tech in Automobile, Mechanical or Manufacturing.
• 4–10 years CAE crash analysis experience.
• Proficiency in LS-DYNA and ANSA/HyperMesh.
• Experience with NCAP/FM VSS safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform CAE simulations to evaluate crashworthiness using LS-DYNA.
• Generate reports and presentations of results.

• Generate feasible and timely vehicle design recommendations and technical solutions to meet side impact safety performance targets for the vehicle.
• Working knowledge of CAE with experience in LS-DYNA, PRIMER, METAPOST, ANSA, HYPERWORKS and other CAE tools is must
