Job summary

Satven is seeking a Crash Analyst to lead CAE simulations for full-vehicle side impact performance using LS-DYNA. The role requires strong CAE knowledge, front-impact experience and the ability to deliver high-quality results, reports and design recommendations.

Location: Hyderabad/Chennai. Experience: 4–15 years. Qualification: BE/B-Tech/ME/M-Tech. Immediate to 30 days notice period; familiarity with ANSA, HyperWorks, PRIMER, METAPOST is essential.

Qualifications

• Front impact structural engineer.
• Perform CAE simulations to evaluate full vehicle crashworthiness performance for high-speed side impact using LS-DYNA.
• Simulations and assure high quality simulation results, outputs, reports and presentations.
• Generate feasible and timely vehicle design recommendations and technical solutions to meet side impact safety performance targets for the vehicle.
• Working knowledge of CAE with experience in LS-DYNA, PRIMER, METAPOST, ANSA, HYPERWORKS and other CAE tools is must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide design recommendations to meet safety targets.
