Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP VIM Techno-Functional Consultant to drive end-to-end automated invoice processing solutions. You will design workflows, configure OpenText VIM components, and troubleshoot SAP S/4HANA to OpenText Intelligent Capture integration.

Responsibilities include ABAP debugging, RICEFW work in the VIM namespace, ArchiveLink setup, and deployment of VIM Fiori apps with analytics dashboards to track invoice cycle times and liability.

Qualifications

• Strong ABAP debugging and tracing skills within SAP environments.
• Hands-on experience with VIM workflows and BRF+/BRF for validation.
• Experience with three-way matching (PO-GR-Invoice) in P2P.

Responsibilities

• Functional design and configuration of VIM workflows and document processing.
• Define BRF+ business rules and process-type determination for PO/Non-PO.
• Integrate VIM with SAP FI/AP and MM modules; ensure three-way matching.
• Configure OCR capture and validation logic in OpenText Capture tools.
• Develop RICEFW components within the VIM namespace; ABAP debugging for bottlenecks.
• Configure ArchiveLink/Content Server settings and deploy VIM Fiori apps.
• Set up VIM analytics and KPI dashboards to monitor invoice cycle times.

Position Summary

The SAPVIMTechno-Functional Consultant is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of automated invoice processing solutions. You will design functional workflows, configure the OpenTextVIMcomponent, and perform technical troubleshooting/debugging to ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA and OpenText Intelligent Capture.

Responsibilities

1. Functional Design & Configuration

Workflow Design: ConfigureVIMworkflows including Document Processing (DP), Invoice Exception handling, and Approval procedures.

Business Rules: Define and maintain Business Rules (BRF+) for automated invoice validation and routing.

Process Types: Set up Process Type determination sequences for different document types (PO, Non-PO, Down Payments).

Integration: MapVIMwith SAP FI (AP) and MM (Procure-to-Pay) modules, ensuring three-way matching (PO-GR-Invoice).

2. Technical Execution & Enhancement

OCR & Capture: Configure and optimize OpenText Intelligent Capture (IES) or Business Centre Capture (BCC) field extraction and validation logic.

Custom Development: Work on RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) specific to theVIMnamespace (/OPT/).

Debugging: Perform deep-level ABAP debugging to resolve workflow bottlenecks or data extraction errors.

ArchiveLink: Configure ArchiveLink and Content Server settings for document storage and image retrieval.

Fiori Implementation: Deploy and customizeVIMFiori Apps for invoice approvals and coding.

Analytics: Set upVIMAnalytics and KPI dashboards to track invoice cycle times and liability.

Qualifications

Required Skills

CoreVIM: Expert knowledge ofVIM7.5/7.6 orVIM20.4/21.4 (S/4HANA versions).

OCR Tools: Experience with OpenText Intelligent Capture (IES), ICC, or BCC.

ABAP Skills: Proficiency in ABAP debugging, BTEs (Business Transaction Events), BAdIs, and User Exits within theVIMframework.(Good to have)

SAP Workflow: Strong understanding of SAP Business Workflow (SWDD) and agent determination logic.

Middleware: Familiarity with EDI/IDoc integration for electronic invoice processing.

Functional Expertise

P2P Cycle: Deep understanding of the Procure-to-Pay process, including PO creation, Goods Receipt (GR), and Invoice Verification (MIRO/FB60).

Accounting: Knowledge of tax codes, payment terms, and multi-currency handling.

Compliance: Understanding of country-specific legal requirements for digital invoicing (e.g., e-invoicing in EMEA or LATAM).
