Job summary

OOTHUB Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP VIM Consultant to join our remote delivery team for India clients. You will implement and support OpenText VIM within SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments, focusing on AP, P2P, and workflow configurations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of SAP exposure, strong debugging and production support skills, and hands-on experience with OCR components and Archive Server integration. This role offers a remote-first setup with global project exposure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP VIM experience with OpenText VIM.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI, MM, AP, and P2P processes.
• Experience in VIM process types, document processing, and workflow configuration.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, support, and enhance OpenText VIM solutions.
• Configure VIM workflows, process types, document processing, and exception handling.
• Work on SAP AP, P2P, invoice management, and approval workflows.
• Coordinate with SAP ABAP teams for customizations and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot invoice processing issues and workflow bottlenecks.
• Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployments, and production support.
• Prepare functional design documents and user manuals.
• Collaborate with business users and Accounts Payable teams.

Looking for an experienced SAP VIM Consultant with strong expertise in OpenText VIM, SAP Accounts Payable, invoice processing and workflow configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, support, and enhance OpenText VIM solutions.
• Configure VIM workflows, process types, document processing, and exception handling.
• Work on SAP AP, P2P, invoice management, and approval workflows.
• Coordinate with SAP ABAP teams for customizations and enhancements.
