Job summary

ArchLynk seeks an experienced SAP TM consultant to lead end-to-end Transportation Management implementations. You will collaborate with the technology team and business stakeholders to design, blueprint, map requirements, and deliver post-production support across global supply chain projects.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of SAP consulting, exposure to SAP SD/LES, and strong communication skills. The role offers growth in a dynamic, global delivery environment in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years SAP consulting experience.
• At least one end-to-end Transportation implementation project with hands-on role.
• Experience with SAP SD and/or LES is beneficial.
• Understanding Transportation Management in Shippers/Retailers/Logistics Service Providers.
• Ability to drive Business Blueprint sessions with customers and map requirements to SAP solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of SAP TM implementation: blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, prototypes, design, development, testing, go-live, training, post-production support.
• Collaborate with technology organization and business reps to define processes and SAP TM design.
• Develop best practices in SAP TM and related interfaces.
• Develop products/services to augment SAP TM and interfaced systems.
• Hands-on experience with shipper/freight forwarder scenarios for order management, planning, tendering, execution, settlement, and logistics collaboration.

What will your day look like?

• Work on all phases of SAP TM (Transportation Management) implementation which includes blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, prototypes, design, developing, testing, go-live, user training, and post-production support.
• Work in the technology organization and business representatives to determine the business process and solution design leveraging the capabilities of SAP TM
• Provide expertise in the development of best practices in the area of SAP TM.
• Product and services development to augment or enhance the SAP TM and interfaced systems.
• Hands-on experience in Shipper/freight forwarder scenarios for order management, planning, carrier selection, tendering, execution, settlement, group logistics, LBN freight collaboration, LBN GTT scenarios etc.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Minimum of 3-5 years of SAP Consulting experience
• At least one End-to-end Transportation implementation projects with a hands-on role
• Prior experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and/or LES (Logistics Execution and Services) expertise is very beneficial
• Understanding of Transportation Management Business environments of Shippers, Retailers and/or Logistics Service Providers.
• Ability to independently drive Business Blueprint sessions with customers and map out business requirements to SAP specific Solutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all team members and client staff
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or foreign equivalent)
