Job summary

ArchLynk seeks a Lead AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise‑grade AI/ML solutions, building predictive, classification, recommendation, and forecasting models. You will lead GenAI initiatives with LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents, and develop scalable AI applications using Python and major ML frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML or related field.
• 7+ years of Software/ML Engineering experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on AI/ML tech experience and production-grade implementations.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with ML libraries.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and foundation models.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, and Conversational AI.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Understanding of MLOps, deployment, monitoring, and governance.

Lead AI/ML Engineer

What will your day look like?

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise‑grade AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Build and optimize predictive, classification, recommendation, and forecasting models to solve complex business challenges.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.
• Develop scalable AI applications using Python and leading ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit‑learn.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders to define AI roadmaps and solution strategies.
• Lead architecture discussions and establish best practices for AI/ML development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Implement MLOps processes including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Develop AI‑powered assistants, copilots, chatbots, and knowledge management solutions using modern AI frameworks.
• Work with vector databases and knowledge retrieval frameworks to create scalable and accurate GenAI solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, and platforms to drive innovation and business value.
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to AI/ML engineers.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, Responsible AI, and performance standards.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or Machine Learning Engineering.
• 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in modern AI/ML technologies and production‑grade implementations.
• Strong programming expertise in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, XGBoost, or similar frameworks.
• Experience working with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and foundation models.
• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, AI Agents, and Conversational AI solutions.
• Experience working with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, FAISS, or Azure AI Search.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and governance practices.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or open‑source LLMs.
• Experience building AI solutions within Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or ERP environments.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI Governance, and AI Security best practices.
• Exposure to Multi‑Agent AI architectures and autonomous workflow orchestration.
• Relevant certifications in Azure AI, AWS Machine Learning, or Google Cloud AI.
• Experience working within consulting or global enterprise environments.
