Job Description

• Oversee the implementation, support, and maintenance of SuccessFactors EC Payroll for India and KSA
• Ensure compliance with local payroll laws, tax regulations, social security, and labor laws
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to streamline payroll processes and integrations
• Monitor payroll data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Support payroll system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting
• Provide training and ongoing support to end users on payroll functionalities
• Generate payroll reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review
• Coordinate with external payroll vendors and government agencies as required

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for India and KSA using SuccessFactors EC Payroll
• Validate payroll inputs such as: Attendance, Leave, Benefits
• Ensure statutory compliance including taxation, social security, and labor regulations
• Troubleshoot payroll-related issues in coordination with technical and functional teams
• Assist in payroll audits and maintain accurate documentation
• Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to align payroll operations with organizational policies
• Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and ensure system updates accordingly
