Job summary

Consult Asia is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors specialist to implement and support Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, and Employee Central modules. The role requires strong configuration, integration, and compliance expertise to meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate brings 6–10 years of SF experience, SF RCM/ONB/ECP certification, and a proven track record of 2+ end-to-end implementations, with deep payroll/HR process knowledge and excellent client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support
• Certified in SF RCM/ONB/ECP
• 2+ end-to-end SAP SF implementations completed
• Strong payroll and HR processes knowledge

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll & Employee Central with strong configuration and integration expertise.
• Ensure compliance and client satisfaction during deployments.
