Job summary

Delta System & Software, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise across Employee Central, Time Off, ECP, PMGM, and cross-module integrations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multi-country payroll, particularly KSA (Saudi Arabia) and UAE, along with Payroll Control Center, PCRs, payroll schemas, payroll processing and integration with SF and SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience with deep EC, Time Off, ECP, PMGM and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with multi-country payroll, especially KSA and UAE.
• Experience with Payroll Control Center, PCRs, payroll schemas and end-to-end payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead EC configuration and implementation (Foundation Objects, Employee Data, Job Information, Employment Information, Position Management, Workflows, Rules, MDF Objects, RBPs).
• Design and maintain employee lifecycle processes (hire, transfer, promotion, termination, org changes).
• Configure and support Time Off (types, accruals, holidays) and integrate with EC and ECP.
• Lead or support ECP implementations for KSA, UAE and multi-country payroll.
• Configure end-to-end payroll processing: gross-to-net, earnings/deductions, and ABS integration.
• Provide testing, deployment, production support and continuous improvement for SuccessFactors solutions.

Experience

8–12+ years of overall SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience, with strong hands‑on expertise in Employee Central, EC Payroll, Time Off, PMGM, and SuccessFactors integrations.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise across Employee Central (EC), Time Off, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), PMGM, and cross-module integrations.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with multi‑country payroll, particularly KSA (Saudi Arabia) and UAE, along with strong expertise in Payroll Control Center, PCRs, payroll schemas, payroll processing, and integration with SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.

The candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors solutions.

1. Employee Central

• Lead configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Design and maintain employee lifecycle processes including hire, transfer, promotion, termination, and organizational changes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable EC solutions.
• Support data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.

2. Time Off

• Configure and support SuccessFactors Time Off.
• Design leave types, time accounts, accrual rules, eligibility rules, and holiday calendars.
• Configure business rules and workflows for time‑off processes.
• Integrate Time Off with Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Troubleshoot time‑off calculation, accrual, and integration issues.
• Support country‑specific leave and statutory requirements.

3. Employee Central Payroll – KSA, UAE & Multi‑Country Payroll

• Lead or support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations and support.
• Strong experience with KSA (Saudi Arabia) and UAE payroll is required.
• Experience supporting multi‑country payroll environments is highly preferred.
• Configure and support end‑to‑end payroll processes including:
• Payroll processing
• Gross‑to‑net calculation
• Earnings and deductions
• Absence integration
