Fujitsu Limited seeks SAP SuccessFactors certified professionals with 3–4 years of HR domain experience to support implementations, rollout, and enhancements across SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance Management.

The role requires strong analytical skills, teamwork, and a willingness to learn SAP cloud technologies as part of a customer-focused HR solutions team.

Competenze

• SAP SuccessFactors certified
• 3–4 years of HR domain experience (HR, Payroll, Talent Mgmt, Recruitment, L&D, or Employee Administration)
• Understanding of HR processes and employee life cycle
• Familiarity with modules: EC, ECP, RCM, Onboarding, Compensation, Succession & Development

Mansioni

• Support implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects across SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Contribute to Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goal Management, Compensation, and Succession Planning initiatives

Required Experience and Knowledge

Functional Knowledge

• Understanding of HR processes: Employee Life Cycle, Recruitment & Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, Payroll concepts
• Basic understanding of one or more modules: Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Recruiting Management (RCM), Onboarding, Compensation, Succession & Development, Workforce Analytics / Reporting

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Educational Qualification

• MBA (HR) / MHRM
• BBA / BBM with HR specialization
