Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central specialist to drive Time Off initiatives across Pan India. The role requires 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience and immediate joining capability.

You will manage end-to-end Time Off configurations, leave and absence rules, and integration with payroll systems. The candidate should have prior Greenfield implementation experience and a deep understanding of accruals, eligibility, and proration.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle Greenfield implementation.
• In-depth understanding of Leave and absence management concepts, accruals, eligibility, and proration rules.
• Experience coordinating Time Off & Payroll integrations.
