Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off specialist to join our pan-India team. This role requires hands-on expertise with Time Off functionality and strong implementation experience.

You will work on leave management concepts, accruals, eligibility, and proration rules, and coordinate Time Off with Payroll integrations in a Greenfield environment. Immediate notice period preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle Greenfield implementation.
• In-depth understanding of leave and absence management concepts, accruals, eligibility and proration rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Time Off and Payroll integrations.
• Contribute to Greenfield implementation projects.
• Ensure correct leave management configurations within SAP SuccessFactors EC.
