Job summary

Capgemini Invent in India seeks an experienced SAP pre-sales consultant who will advise CXOs on transformation strategy, build business cases, and develop roadmaps across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

You will lead assessments, map capabilities, engage with senior leaders, and design end-to-end architectures across procurement, finance, supply chain and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of proven experience in SAP pre-sales roles with MBA background.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules across procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, controlling & HR.
• Experience in developing business-cases (Top-Down & Bottom-Up).
• Experience in developing end-to-end business solution architecture (including SAP vs Non-SAP Solutions).
• Experience in consulting at C-level and business heads level to deliver transformation consulting.

Responsibilities

• Advise CXOs on SAP transformation strategy, business-case & road-map.
• Lead SAP business assessments and develop high-level architecture and value-driven roadmaps.
• Develop a Business capability Map across Lifesciences, Automotive, Manufacturing & Retail etc.

• Map the Value-Stream (E2E Processes) and assess the current landscape maturity to support the E2E processes.
• Develop Target Digital Business Architecture covering SAP & Non-SAP Solutions.
• Leverage SAP Best Practices & Methodologies in the solution approach.
• Develop E2E Solution across SAP S4 Ecosystem covering Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, HR & Manufacturing.
• Develop a Business Case covering Benefits (Quantitative & Qualitative) and costs.
• Develop a value driven roadmap.
