Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an architecture leader to define and drive the SAP BTP strategy with AI/ML integration and Generative AI across global delivery centers.

You will lead cross-functional teams and oversee cloud-native SAP solutions, including CAP/RAP, ABAP, and Fiori, leveraging Docker/Kubernetes and multi-cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with SAP BTP stack incl. AI Core, Build, SAP Integration Suite, HANA Cloud, Event Mesh.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture, microservices, CAP model and event-driven patterns.
• Proficient in DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and Generative AI (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face) into SAP apps.
• Familiar with SAP AI Foundation/Launchpad and AI orchestration in multi-cloud/hybrid settings.
• Experience across multi-cloud and extensibility models; TOGAF or similar EA cert preferred.
• 15+ years in architecture leadership with global, cross-functional teams.

Your Role

• Define and lead the architecture and development of SAP BTP strategy leveraging SAP BTP, with a strong focus on AI/ML and Generative AI integration.
• Be a Solution Lead for large transformation deals.
• Architect and oversee the implementation of cloud-native, event-driven, and AI-augmented SAP solutions across business domains.
• Drive adoption of SAP AI Core, SAP AI Foundation, and Generative AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Hugging Face within SAP landscapes.
• Lead cross-functional teams of architects, developers, and data scientists across global delivery centers.
• Design and build CAP/RAP applications and leverage SAP technologies such as ABAP and Fiori.

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including SAP AI Core, SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Event Mesh.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, CAP (Cloud Application Programming) Model, and event-driven design.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Hugging Face into SAP applications.
• Familiarity with SAP AI Foundation, SAP AI Launchpad, and orchestration of AI services.
• Experience in multi-cloud environments, hybrid deployments, and SAP extensibility models.
• TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification preferred.
• 15+ years in architecture leadership roles with experience managing global, cross-functional teams
