Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a senior SAP ABAP ECC expert to lead end-to-end ABAP development across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM and HR integrations. You will design, develop, and support RICEFW objects, mentor junior developers, and drive project planning and risk management for global clients.

The role requires hands-on ABAP, OOABAP, ALV Reports, BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, Enhancements, BADIs and User Exits, with strong stakeholder management and solution-architecture skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with SAP ABAP ECC development and technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience with ABAP and related technologies listed in the profile.
• Experience leading SAP implementations, upgrades, rollouts and AMS support for global clients.

Your Role

• Lead SAP ABAP ECC technical design, development, implementation, and support across multiple SAP modules.

• Drive project planning, effort estimation, risk management, performance optimization, and production support activities.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP ABAP ECC development and technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience with ABAP, OOABAP, ALV Reports, BAPIs, BDC, IDocs, RFCs, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, Enhancements, BADIs, and User Exits.
• Extensive experience in SAP ECC modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, and HR integrations.
• Proven track record of leading SAP implementation, upgrade, rollout, and AMS support projects for global clients.
• Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, client-facing consulting, and SAP solution architecture experience.
