Jobgether in India seeks an experienced SAP Solution Architect - Logistics to lead SAP S/4HANA design for complex logistics and global clients. You will drive architecture, integration, data migration, governance, and pre-sales activities across outdoor and cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP experience with SAP S/4HANA
• 3–5 years as a Solution Architect on SAP S/4HANA projects

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for SAP S/4HANA in logistics across cloud, hosted, and on-prem environments
• Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and define solution boundaries
• Translate customer pain points into digital-core roadmaps and scalable SAP solutions
• Develop architecture docs, integration blueprints, and data-migration strategies
• Design solutions across logistics processes with finance integration
• Define and govern SAP integrations (CPI, BTP, Ariba, TM, EWM, IBP, SAC)
• Ensure solution integrity and alignment with business outcomes through the project lifecycle
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementations using SAP Activate and fit-to-standard approaches
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Practice Leads; engage CXO stakeholders
• Contribute to pre-sales, proposals, RFPs, and client presentations
• Mentor consulting teams and strengthen SAP capabilities

Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SAP Solution Architect - Logistics based in India.

As a SAP Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions that support complex logistics and business transformation initiatives for global clients. You will translate business challenges into scalable digital-core roadmaps while ensuring solutions align with SAP best practices. The role spans solution architecture, integration, data migration, client workshops, governance, and pre-sales activities. You will work across logistics processes and closely integrate with finance and connected SAP technologies. As a senior technical and functional leader, you will engage with senior client stakeholders and guide consulting teams throughout the project lifecycle. You will also contribute to the evolution of SAP practices around cloud, BTP, automation, and emerging AI capabilities. Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for SAP S/4HANA implementations across Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and On-Premise environments.
• Conduct fit-to-standard workshops, define solution boundaries, identify business requirements, and promote SAP best practices.
• Translate customer business pain points into pragmatic digital-core roadmaps and scalable SAP solutions.
• Develop comprehensive solution architecture documentation, integration blueprints, and data migration strategies.
• Design solutions across key logistics processes, ensuring effective integration with finance and other relevant business functions.
• Define and govern integrations across SAP and connected platforms, including SAP CPI, BTP, Ariba, TM, EWM, IBP, and SAC.
• Ensure solution integrity, consistency, scalability, and alignment with business outcomes throughout the project lifecycle from design through go-live.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementations using SAP Activate methodology and fit-to-standard approaches.
• Collaborate closely with customers, Sales, Delivery, and Practice Leads to ensure solution quality and consistency.
• Engage with senior and CXO-level stakeholders to communicate architecture decisions, recommendations, risks, and business value.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solutioning, proposal development, RFP responses, effort estimation, and client presentations.
• Mentor consulting teams and strengthen internal capabilities and expertise around SAP S/4HANA and solution architecture.
• Monitor SAP's evolving roadmap, including RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, BTP, AI, and automation, and incorporate relevant innovations into solution strategies.
• Account for India localization requirements and regional deployment complexities when designing and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of overall SAP experience, including at least 3–5 years working as a Solution Architect on SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Strong functional expertise in at least one major logistics process, such as Order-to-Cash or Plan-to-Fulfill, with strong cross-module integration knowledge, particularly with Finance.
• Deep understanding of SAP integrations and connected technologies, including CPI, BTP, Ariba, TM, EWM, IBP, and SAC.
• Proven experience delivering SAP projects using the SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience with fit-to-standard SAP Cloud implementations and/or rapid deployment templates, particularly for mid-market clients.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end solution architecture, integration patterns, data migration, and SAP S/4HANA digital-core principles.
• Experience balancing architectural quality, implementation practicality, project constraints, and measurable business outcomes.
• Proven experience working directly with senior and CXO-level stakeholders in customer-facing consulting environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience contributing to pre-sales, proposal solutioning, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Strong knowledge of India localization requirements and regional deployment considerations.
• SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP and RISE with SAP architecture is a plus.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively within international delivery teams and across multiple industries and business environments.
