Position Summary

We are seeking a Principal Solution Architect, SAP to design, deliver, and support customized solutions for our clients. The role is based in India and may require periodic global travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand strategic objectives and business requirements.
• Develop comprehensive solution strategies that align with client goals.
• Design scalable, cost‑effective solutions addressing business needs, scalability, performance, and security.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for SAP technologies (S4HANA, ECC, BW, PI/CPI, BTP, Concur, Ariba, and other on‑prem and cloud solutions).
• Lead technical efforts on complex projects, guiding internal and external teams in line with architectural best practices.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, integration designs, and standards specifications.
• Participate in project planning, governance, and lifecycle management to ensure alignment with pre‑sales design.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to architect innovative solutions.
• Identify risks early, collaborate with project managers to develop mitigation plans.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to SAP basis administrators, ABAP developers, and integration teams.
• Maintain at least 40% billable productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in SAP technical architecture and design.
• 10+ years of hands‑on SAP Basis administration and integrations.
• 10+ years of SAP consulting and solutioning experience.
• Minimum 40% billable expectation.
