HTC Global Services is hiring an SAP SM/CS Consultant for an S/4 HANA implementation project in India. This role requires over 16 years of experience in SAP system design, architecture, and project management.

Requirement:

Experience in Planning, designing, detailing, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and executing of projects. 16 +Years SAP SM/PM/CS/SD System Design, Architecture, Configuration, Development, and Project Management Experience. Worked extensively in Sales (SD) and Service, Plant maintenance (PM/CS/EAM) Processes along with cross functional integration with MM, Logistics, Project Systems & Finance. Worked in all stages of SDLC including requirements gathering, blueprinting, designing, development, testing and production support. A very good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Worked extensively as an SAP S4 HANA SM/PM/EAM/CS Functional Consultant in various industry sectors, gaining sound understanding of diverse business processes, Best Practices and solutions; including 4 full life cycle implementations and production support.
• Strong experience with SAP S4 HANA Service 2023, Configuration of Master Data maintenance, Technical Object maintenance, Interaction Center, On-site service and In-house Repair, Service Contract, Service Quotation and & Field Service Management Integration (FSM), Solution contract and integration with Service Max, MSD FSM, Sales forces.
• Extensive knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance Plans, Time/Strategy based Maintenance, Breakdowns and all type of repair process, Corrective Maintenance, configuration of Notification types, Product installation, Service warranty Onsite, Service with external procurement. Service contract with Varying SLA, Service Monitoring Analysis Recurring Services
• Order types, PM configuration and design, Maintenance operations, order processing, tasks, PM refurbishment process and integration with time confirmation.
• Worked in configuring all possible business processes of Customer Service module like Field Service, Depot Repair (RMA), External Services, Service Contracts, Resource Related Billing, Maintenance Plans etc. Well versed with all configurations related to PM/CS and the related cross functional integration – Technical Objects (Installed Base), Notifications, Service Orders, Contracts, Warranties, Serialization, BOMs, Task Lists, Settlement Profiles, DIP Profiles etc.
• Strong experience with integration of SAP PM/CS module with Sales Force, Astea and Service Max.
