As a Senior Associate in SAP - SF - Payroll, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting team, specializing in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications. This role is crucial in enabling clients to optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management within our Advisory practice.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is not clear. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
