As a Senior Associate in SAP - SF - EC - Timetracking, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management through SAP Human Capital Management applications. Within our Advisory practice, you will analyze client requirements, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of these applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
