Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is hiring a SAP-SF Talent - Senior Associate to support client engagements by designing, configuring, and documenting SAP SF Talent Acquisition solutions. You will mentor teammates and lead workshops to translate business requirements into effective cloud-based HR processes.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, ensuring quality delivery and strong client relationships in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition projects.
• Experience leading teams and delivering client-focused SAP implementations.

As a SAP-SF Talent - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Advisory Acceleration Centre, where you will support client engagements by providing premium, cost‑effective services that enhance process quality and delivery capability. Within our SAP practice, you will analyze business requirements and processes, recommending and developing solutions tailored to client needs. Your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules will be crucial in designing, configuring, and documenting these solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex business issues, working as part of a team to solve problems from strategy to execution. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining professional standards. Your ability to anticipate client needs and embrace ambiguity will be key as you guide and inspire others, fostering personal growth and technical development.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will assist in application support, system testing, and training of end users, confirming seamless integration and data development. Responsibilities

• Analyzing business requirements and processes to develop solutions that meet client needs
• Designing, configuring, and documenting SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules based on business requirements
• Assisting in the development of functional specifications for integration and data developments
• Supporting the testing process by developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios to identify errors and issues
• Providing application support, system testing, and training for end users
• Leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition projects to deliver client solutions
• Conducting client workshops to gather requirements and provide solutions
• Creating documentation and training materials for knowledge transfer and training of super users
• Collaborating with clients to interpret business requirements and provide clear recommendations
• Utilizing Microsoft tools, including Excel and Project, for project management and planning
• Applying cloud implementation methodology and project planning for Recruitment & Onboarding modules
• Engaging in business process improvement and change management initiatives to enhance client operations

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials
• Demonstrating experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules
