Responsibilities

• Solution Design Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module, including salary planning, bonus programs, and long-term incentives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations and workflows. Ensure integration with other SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance Goals, etc.) and external systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with HR, Compensation, and IT teams to gather requirements and align system capabilities with organizational goals. Act as a trusted advisor for compensation strategy and technology enablement.
• Implementation Optimization: Drive configuration, testing, and deployment of compensation solutions. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the compensation cycle. Ensure compliance with global and local regulatory requirements.
• Governance Best Practices: Establish design standards, documentation, and governance for compensation processes. Provide guidance on data security, audit controls, and system integrity.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide functional consultants and analysts. Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party implementation partners.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in HR technology with at least 5 years in SuccessFactors Compensation design and implementation. Proven track record of leading large-scale global compensation projects.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module and related integrations. Familiarity with Employee Central and Performance Management modules.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of compensation principles, pay structures, and incentive programs. Ability to align technology solutions with business strategy.
• Leadership & Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to influence and drive decisions at senior leadership levels.
• Preferred Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certified; PMP or similar project management certification (optional).
